Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner – ADHD/Autism/Dyslexia/Dyscalculia Hybrid - F2F assessments, admin from home Salary - £30,000 to £56,000 DOE Clinic locations: Newcastle, Huddersfield, Exeter, Norwich and Harrogate Service Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner on behalf of a leading independent provider of autism and ADHD assessments across the UK. This innovative service delivers high-quality, evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments for children, young people and adults through both NHS-funded and private pathways. Through Service Care Solutions, you’ll join a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering timely, accurate diagnoses and improving long-term outcomes for families. The organisation is committed to clinical excellence and clinician wellbeing, equipping staff with cutting-edge digital systems, smart report-writing tools and in-house IT support to reduce administrative burden and enhance clinical impact. Responsibilities • Conduct face-to-face structured assessments, • Complete remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom, • Participate in collaborative MDT diagnostic discussions (with senior support where required), • Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families, • Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic reports using smart report-writing tools, • Meet service KPIs through effective caseload management, • Provide clinical supervision where applicable, • Travel to clinic base for in-person assessments (hybrid roles) Requirements • Minimum 1 year’s professional registration with HCPC, NMC or Social Work England, • HCPC – Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, • NMC – Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, General Nurse, Children’s Nurse, • Social Work England – Social Worker, • At least 1 year’s experience conducting autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments in CYP, • Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations, • In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD, • Experience using tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R or equivalent, • Eligibility to work in the UK Benefits • Pension, • Generous Annual Leave allowance, • Full ongoing training and clinical supervision, • Birthday day of/ day in lieu, • Company benefits and discounts, • Company events, • Ongoing training and CPD, • Clinical Supervision integral to the role To Apply: Please contact Chris on using the below details: E: christopher.richardson@servicecare.org.uk T: (01772) 208 963 • Simply refer your friend.
