This is not a traditional programme management role. We need someone who combines strategic ERP leadership with a hands‑on, detail‑driven approach - someone who can understand how the business works today, identify what "good" looks like for them, and lead the practical steps required to get there. You will be the internal expert for Business Central: shaping the roadmap, diagnosing issues, defining improvements, and coordinating development work. You won't be expected to write code yourself, but you must be comfortable getting into the detail of how the system works, what needs fixing, and how to deliver meaningful change. Key Responsibilities Act as the Business Central subject matter expert for the entire organisation.
