YOUR ROLE You will be responsible for the complete operation of the restaurant floor, including: • Greeting and seating every guest., • Taking food and drink orders., • Preparing all coffees and hot drinks (essential)., • Serving food and drinks with confidence and personality., • Clearing, resetting and polishing tables throughout service., • Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organisation., • Managing the pace of service from opening until closing., • Creating an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure.
