Tender Planner - Southampton Location: Hampshire / Dorset / West Sussex Salary: £57,000 to £70,000 DOE Project Values: £5 Million - £20 Million Sectors: Commercial, Education, Industrial, Healthcare, Community, Leisure A well‑established South Coast main contractor is looking to appoint a Tender Planner in Southampton to strengthen its postreconstructive team. The business delivers new build, refurbishment and fit‑out schemes across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex, with projects typically ranging from £5 million to £20 million. They operate across a balanced mix of sectors, including commercial offices, industrial and logistics facilities, schools and colleges, community buildings, healthcare environments, and leisure schemes. The contractor is known for practical delivery, collaborative working, and a sensible, quality‑focused approach to construction. Role OverviewThe Tender Planner will support all front‑end planning activity, working closely with postreconstructive, estimating, design and operations teams to develop clear, realistic and well‑structured tender programmes. Your work will help shape methodology, identify risks, and set the foundations for successful project delivery.
