Oversee the setup and breakdown of dining areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. Foster a positive and cooperative team environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Waiter or similar role in a high-end restaurant. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Extensive knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and cocktail service. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
