We're looking for commercially driven sales people who know how to convert leads into completions, deliver an outstanding customer journey, and take pride in closing deals the right way. \n About the Role \n This role will feel very familiar if you've worked in new build, estate agency or property development sales. \n As a Sales Executive, you'll take full ownership of the sales journey on your development(s) – from first enquiry through to reservation, legal progression and successful handover. You'll be responsible for: \n\n • Proactively generating and converting leads into reservations and completed sales\n, • Managing the full sales pipeline and accurately forecasting performance\n, • Delivering exceptional on‑site and appointment‑based customer viewings\n, • Negotiating confidently while maintaining a high‑quality customer experience\n, • Building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors and internal stakeholders\n, • Experience in new homes, property or estate agency sales\n, • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets\n, • Confidence conducting face‑to‑face viewings and progressing buyers to reservation\n, • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills\n, • Strong organisation skills to manage multiple buyers and deadlines at once\n, • Competitive salary, with a salary review yearly \n\n\n, • Pension with matched contributions up to 7% \n\n\n, • Excellent holiday package – up to 35 days annual leave with the option to buy or sell leave \n\n\n, • Cashback plan for healthcare costs – up to £500 saving per year \n\n\n, • Training and development \n\n\n \n If you are a recruitment agency please note we operate a PSL and do not take cold calls Safeguarding \n At Places for People, safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
