Key Responsibilities To act as the main point of contact for parents and carers, and other stakeholders, on phone, email and social media platforms, demonstrating a high level of knowledge of our provision and guiding customers through the booking process To handle all bookings, cancellations and changes to bookings with efficiency To clearly and confidently communicate Activ Camps’ policies, procedure and terms of booking to parents and carers To process payments from a variety of sources, including childcare voucher schemes and credit, chasing outstanding payments in a systematic and timely manner To assist in resolving complaints in a timely and appropriate manner, liaising with colleagues to ensure that these can be fully investigated with an appropriate response communicated to the complainant To prepare a variety of registers for our camps and clubs, including medical and special education needs and disability (SEND) registers, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and collated To communicate regularly with staff members at our camps and clubs, ensuring that administrative processes are being adequately managed on site To participate in team meetings, sharing insights and updates on customer interactions, addressing any specific trends To contact and build relationships with local schools and parent/teacher associations to help promote Activ Camps to new customers To support the general organisation and administration of Activ Camps.
