Learning & Programme Coordinator \n Salary & Benefits: £26,000 to £30,000 FTE, dependent on experience, 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays plus your birthday off \n Hours: Full time (35 hours across five days) or part time (minimum three days per week) \n Location: Home-based, with occasional UK travel \n About us \n We are a specialist leadership and management development consultancy. That means everyone plays an important part in the experience our clients and learners receive, and we're looking for someone who takes real pride in making things happen brilliantly behind the scenes. \n The Role \n We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Learning & Programme Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of our client programmes. \n You'll be at the centre of our programme delivery, connecting clients, delegates, our internal team and our delivery partners to make sure everyone has what they need, when they need it. \n From mapping programme dates and coordinating coaching sessions to preparing learning materials, producing 360 reports and keeping clients updated, you'll help ensure every programme feels seamless, professional and personal. \n This is primarily a programme coordination role, but for someone interested in developing a career in Learning & Development, there will also be opportunities to support supervised learning design projects and develop your skills alongside our team. \n What You'll Be Responsible For \n Programme Coordination \n\n • Own and maintain our central training and programme planner\n, • Create and manage end-to-end programme plans, ensuring key dates, milestones and actions are mapped and delivered\n, • Coordinate workshops, coaching sessions, learning activities, events and delegate communications\n, • Manage invitations, bookings, attendance information and programme logistics\n, • Liaise directly with clients to coordinate programme activity and provide clear, timely updates\n, • Anticipate what is needed ahead of delivery and proactively resolve coordination issues\n\n Partner and Team Coordination \n\n • Work closely with our leadership development partners to ensure they are fully briefed and have the information, materials and resources they need\n, • Keep internal team members and partners updated on programme activity, changes and actions\n, • Issue associate agreements and project documentation using DocuSign\n, • Maintain accurate partner profiles, qualifications, accreditation and compliance records\n, • Work closely with our Communications Lead to ensure upcoming programme activity, feedback and relevant information are shared and planned for in advance\n\n Learning Materials, Systems and Reporting \n\n • Prepare, proofread, format, print and distribute high-quality learning materials and resources\n, • Create and update learning support materials using PowerPoint and Canva\n, • Coordinate the administration of 360/180 feedback and psychometric tools, including profile generation and report production\n, • Collate programme evaluations, skill scans and learner feedback and produce clear reports for the team and clients\n, • Create and manage supporting tools such as QR codes, digital resources and programme documentation\n, • Maintain accurate programme, client and learner records\n\n Client and Learner Experience \n\n • Act as a professional and approachable point of contact for clients, learners and partners\n, • Respond to and appropriately route inbound telephone and website enquiries\n, • Help ensure every interaction reflects the quality and personal service we want our clients and learners to experience\n, • Support the wider team with client and programme administration as required\n\n About You \n We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, enjoys working with people and gets satisfaction from making sure the detail is right. \n You'll ideally bring: \n\n • Experience in programme coordination, learning administration, training coordination, project coordination or a similar role\n, • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple programmes, deadlines and competing priorities\n, • A strong eye for detail, including excellent proofreading skills\n, • Confidence communicating directly with clients, learners and external partners\n, • Strong written and verbal communication skills\n, • Good Microsoft 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel\n, • Confidence learning and using digital systems, with experience of Canva and DocuSign\n, • The ability to work independently and manage your own priorities in a remote environment\n, • A proactive approach - you're someone who spots what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked\n\n
