Learning & Development Coordinator £28,000 per annum Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk Permanent,Full Time(37hrs per week) Proposed Interview Date: 3rd February (TBC) We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of the learning and development (L&D) activities that underpin our organisational vision, culture, and strategy by providinghigh-quality administrative, logistical, and reporting support to ensure colleagues have a professional, seamless learning experience. Key Responsibilities Include: Coordinate the end-to-endlogisticsof learning events, including scheduling, booking venues, managing participant lists, and communicating event details Oversee all Health & Safety and mandatory training, ensuring colleagues complete essential learning on time Maintain and update the training matrix, tracking completion, gaps, and compliance requirements Work closely with the L&D Lead and People team to deliver a professional and joined-up L&D service Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all records, courses, and completion data areaccurate Assistin organising learning events, workshops, contentcreationand other engagement activities For a full list of responsibilities please see the attached Role Profile Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: Educations and Qualifications: Educated to A-Level (or equivalent experience in a learning or administrative role) (E) CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience, or the desire to work towards (D) Experience: Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within Learning & Development,HRor a similar people-focused function (E) Coordinating training bookings,calendarsor eventslogistics(E) Experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Platforms (D) Experience in Health & Safety administration or compliance monitoring (D) Working with external training providers (D) Managing purchase orders and invoices (D) Skills,Knowledgeand Abilities: Strong administrative accuracy with high attention to detail (E) Good written and verbal communication (E) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively (E) Proficient in Microsoft Office (E) An understanding of confidentiality, dataprotectionand good record-keeping practice (E) Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build effective working relationships (E) Understanding of the Learning & Development cycle and how training supports organisational goals (D) Awareness of Health & safety compliance requirements and reporting (D) Ability to generate clear, concise reports and summaries of learning data (D) Personal Attributes: Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused approach to work (E) Customer-service mindset (E) Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and improve processes (E) Self-motivated and able to work independently whilemaintainingcommunication with others (E) Visible,credibleand consistent role model for organisational values and professional codes of conduct (E) Highly motivated,resilientand committed to delivering for our people and tenants (E) Enthusiastic about peoples learning and development (E) Communicating with a range of stakeholders (E) Understanding of L&D principles and best practice including digital learning innovation (D) The Company We are a housing association based in Norfolk providing quality homes and services to people across the county and in Suffolk.
