The successful candidate will provide administrative support across different functions, and will play a crucial role in continuing to develop our company culture by making the Acurable office a welcoming place to work and visit. As Chef De Partie you will be responsible for the efficient running of a section within the kitchen on a day-to-day basis. The Role We're looking for a Maintenance Specialist to deliver repairs and maintenance services across our clients' property portfolios, keeping their buildings running and compliant. As a Guest Relations Assistant, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional guest experience, providing a warm, seamless, and professional service from first impression through to departure and feedback. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Your role will include but may not be limited to the following responsibilities; Guest Experience & Communication • Guest Check-In & Arrivals (Soho): Welcome guests, manage arrivals efficiently, and ensure a smooth check-in process with a friendly and professional approach., • Phones & Inbox (Group): Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations and guest queries in a timely, polished manner. The Role We’re looking for an in-house Maintenance Specialist to keep our growing number of managed offices running smoothly, whilst ensuring that new offices we’re opening are finished to the highest standards.
