Internal Sales Administrator. My client, based on the outskirts of Horsham is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their friendly team. Role: Sales Administrator Salary: £20-23,000pa Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Location: Outskirts of Horsham - own transport would be preferred. Key Duties: - Liaising with the sales team to ensure orders are correct. Answering the telephone where required and transferring calls as appropriate. Dealing with sales enquiries by telephone or email, preparing quotations & following up. Account management of selected existing customers. Preparation and sending of promotional e-shots, monitoring and recording results. Inputting sales orders onto Sage accounting system. Assistance and input with social media activity and blogs. Updating and maintaining Act CRM database and customer records. Keeping product samples, brochures and price lists stocked up. Attending weekly sales & production meetings. Upselling and cross selling to existing customers You will also be trained on the inhouse software enabling you to demonstrate this both face to face and online to customers The perfect candidate will ideally have the following skills / experience: - Previous administration experience Excellent attention to detail Highly organised Ability to multi task A clear and confident communicator First Recruitment Services are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
