This is a pure project management role. Your focus is entirely on leadership: managing timelines and risks, building strong client relationships, aligning stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes across a portfolio of concurrent projects. Our clients are sophisticated, high-touch, and deeply invested in their events. That means you will be in daily communication across multiple channels, navigating scope conversations, managing competing priorities, and keeping complex projects on track even when requirements shift. It also means this work is genuinely meaningful — you will own the client relationship and see the direct impact of your leadership at every event. Our Project Managers typically manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, with project cycles averaging 9–12 months. You will also take on projects mid-lifecycle as part of normal portfolio management — experience navigating mid-flight transitions is a strong asset. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the UK. About Product Management: As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research, and you will collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning your product’s goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential. Product Managers are the bridge that connect Engineering, Design, and UX to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers. The opportunity: As the Staff Product Manager for OpenTelemetry Experience, you’ll own the end-to-end journey for helping people and agents instrument workloads and successfully send useful OpenTelemetry data to Grafana Cloud. Your mission is to make Grafana Cloud the easiest and most trusted destination for OpenTelemetry workloads. You’ll reduce the uncertainty, complexity, and failure points users encounter between deciding to adopt OpenTelemetry and receiving healthy, correctly attributed, and actionable telemetry in Grafana Cloud. Teams can instrument workloads, directly or with the help of coding agents, through OpenTelemetry SDKs, automatic instrumentation technologies such as Beyla and SDK injection, or client-side OpenTelemetry Collectors. Each path presents different decisions, deployment requirements, configuration steps, and potential failure modes. You’ll define a coherent experience that helps users choose the right approach, complete setup successfully, troubleshoot problems, and understand whether their telemetry is healthy and useful. You’ll design a future in which a growing share of instrumentation work is performed by coding agents acting on behalf of developers. This means treating agents are first-class participants in the experience and ensuring that instrumentation options, configuration requirements, errors, and validation signals are structured, discoverable, and actionable by both humans and machines. Your scope will include: • OpenTelemetry SDK onboarding and configuration, • Automatic instrumentation experiences, including OBI/Beyla and SDK injection, • Client-side OpenTelemetry Collector deployment and onboarding, • Collector configuration, authentication, and initial connectivity, • Guidance and machine-readable context that help people and agents choose the right instrumentation approach, • Workflows that allow coding-agents to implement, configure and verify instrumentation safely, • Troubleshooting missing, incomplete, malformed, or unhealthy telemetry, • Validation signals that allow both people and agents to confirm that telemetry is healthy, correctly attributed, and usable in Grafana Cloud, • The transition from receiving telemetry to activating the appropriate Grafana Cloud observability solution Success does not stop when Grafana Cloud receives the first data point. Telemetry must arrive with the quality, context, and structure required to support meaningful observability outcomes. You’ll partner closely with teams responsible for experiences such as Application Observability, Kubernetes Monitoring, Infrastructure Observability, and Drilldown Apps to ensure OpenTelemetry workloads receive a first-class experience from initial setup through first value. This is a horizontal Staff-level product leadership role spanning multiple products and engineering teams. You may not directly own every SDK, collector, instrumentation technology, or downstream application involved in the journey. You will, however, be accountable for the coherence of the overall customer experience, its success measures, and the cross-product strategy required to improve it. AI will also be part of how you work, not only what you build. You’ll be expected to use AI tools regularly to accelerate customer-research synthesis, analyze product signals, explore technical workflows, prototype experiences, develop positioning content, and test agent-led instrumentation journeys. You’ll model thoughtful, hands-on adoption of AI while applying strong judgement to its outputs. The role is not focused on developing OpenTelemetry as an open source project in isolation. You’ll engage with and contribute to the OpenTelemetry ecosystem where appropriate, while measuring success through customer activation and outcomes in Grafana Cloud. What You’ll Be Doing: • Define the vision, strategy, and cross-product roadmap for the journey from an uninstrumented workload to healthy, useful telemetry in Grafana Cloud solutions, • Create coherent, opinionated experiences that help users choose and implement the right approach across SDK instrumentation, automatic instrumentation, and Collector-based deployment while preserving the flexibility advanced users require, • Identify and eliminate the leading causes of setup failure, abandonment, misconfiguration, and low-quality telemetry, • Establish shared experience principles, priorities, and success criteria across the product and engineering teams contributing to the OpenTelemetry journey, • Use customer research, product data, and market insight to prioritize investments and measure outcomes such as onboarding completion, time to useful telemetry, telemetry health, and workload expansion, • Partner with downstream Grafana Cloud solution teams to create a coherent transition from telemetry ingestion to meaningful product activation, • Extend beyond product delivery to how the OpenTelemetry experience is positioned and brought to market. In partnership with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams, you’ll help define the product narrative, sharpen out differentiation, and develop launches, technical content, adoption programs, and campaigns that create demand and accelerate customer activation., • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Documentation, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver and communicate a differentiated OpenTelemetry experience, • Represent Grafana Labs and its customers in relevant OpenTelemetry ecosystem discussions What makes you a great fit: • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record in developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or another technically complex B2B product domain, • Experience leading strategy and execution across multiple engineering teams or product areas without relying on direct organizational authority, • Strong working knowledge of OpenTelemetry, including SDK instrumentation, OTLP, Collector pipelines, telemetry context, and semantic conventions, • Experience using or building instrumentation systems, agents, telemetry collectors, configuration products, or related infrastructure, • An understanding of the challenges involved in deploying and operating software across Kubernetes, virtual machines, and public cloud environments, • Experience turning complex onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting workflows into clear and approachable product experiences, • A history of using customer research and product data to make decisions, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders in a remote, globally distributed organization Bonus Points: • Experience contributing to or building products around the OpenTelemetry or broader open source observability ecosystem, • Experience with automatic instrumentation, eBPF, or runtime-based instrumentation, • Firsthand experience as an SRE, platform engineer, developer, or observability practitioner, • Experience building product-led onboarding, configuration-validation, or telemetry-health experiences at scale In the UK, the base compensation range for this role is GBP 117,949- GBP 141,539. We've been recognised as Fintech of the Year for two consecutive years and awarded Best Specialist Technology Service at the Professional Adviser Awards 2025. Backed by leading investors and commercially supported by major financial institutions, we're scaling quickly as adoption of AI in financial services accelerates. Our Wealth platform helps financial advice firms transform how advisers and paraplanners work, using AI to automate documentation, improve compliance and streamline client servicing. From meeting summaries and document generation to compliance file checking and workflow automation, we're helping firms deliver a better experience for both advisers and their clients. We're looking for a Product Manager – Wealth to lead the evolution of Aveni Assist, our flagship AI-powered platform for financial advice firms. The role This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Aveni Assist, driving its continued evolution across core adviser workflows including meeting summaries, document generation, Letters of Authority, fact finds and compliance file checking. Unlike an early-stage product, Aveni Assist already has an established customer base and a strong market presence. Your focus will be on scaling the product through continuous improvement—enhancing customer workflows, increasing adoption and satisfaction, and delivering measurable value that drives retention and growth. This is a hands-on, high-ownership product role. You'll work closely with the Head of Product (Wealth) on product strategy while independently leading customer discovery, roadmap prioritisation, delivery and release planning. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success and Commercial teams to ensure we're solving the right problems and delivering the highest-value outcomes. We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding complex customer needs, making evidence-based decisions and building products that customers genuinely value. What you'll be doing You'll own the Aveni Assist roadmap end-to-end, balancing investment between new capabilities, product quality and platform improvements to maximise customer and commercial impact. You'll lead continuous discovery with advisers, paraplanners, compliance teams and prospects, building a deep understanding of customer workflows and translating insight into product decisions. You'll rapidly validate ideas using prototypes, customer research and experimentation, reducing delivery risk before committing engineering effort. You'll own beta programmes for new capabilities, working closely with customers to gather structured feedback and determine when features are ready for general release. You'll partner closely with Engineering and Design to translate strategy into clear delivery plans, maintaining a healthy backlog and ensuring features are released with a high standard of quality. You'll build strong relationships across Engineering, Customer Success, Commercial and Marketing, acting as a trusted voice for the product and ensuring customer insight informs decision-making across the business. You'll use customer feedback, usage analytics and product metrics to guide prioritisation, measure success and continually improve the product. You'll stay informed about industry trends, adviser technology, AI developments and FCA regulation, ensuring Aveni Assist continues to lead the market. What we're looking for We're looking for someone with a proven track record as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with experience scaling an established product by improving customer satisfaction, adoption and retention. You'll have demonstrable experience leading customer discovery, translating customer insight into product decisions and working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality software. You'll have excellent product judgement, strong communication skills and the confidence to make difficult prioritisation decisions, balancing customer needs with commercial objectives. You'll be analytically rigorous, comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, and capable of building trusted relationships across technical and commercial teams. We're particularly interested in people who are proactive, self-directed and passionate about improving products through continuous iteration and customer feedback. Nice to have Experience with AI-powered products or machine learning technologies would be valuable, as would experience within financial services, wealth management or other regulated industries. Knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty, adviser technology platforms or wealth management workflows would be advantageous, but isn't essential. Experience running beta programmes, defining quality standards for AI-generated outputs or contributing to go-to-market activities would also be beneficial. Why join Aveni? You’ll work on genuinely difficult and meaningful problems at the intersection of AI, regulation and financial services. You’ll help shape a product category that is becoming increasingly important as financial institutions move from experimenting with AI to deploying it safely, responsibly and at scale. You’ll have real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to influence both product direction and market positioning at an important stage of Aveni’s growth. Benefits at Aveni What you’ll love: Remote-first working across the UK Company-wide offsites and regular in-person gatherings Work abroad policy Optional Personal Development Plan Flexible benefits platform, so you can choose the benefits that matter most to you Life insurance, income protection, critical illness cover and pension, with up to 5% matched employer contribution Private health and dental care At Aveni, we believe diversity drives innovation. We’ve built our business to ensure an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work. If you’re passionate about technology and its ability to drive positive change for the future of financial services, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with the founder of a successful and growing business. This is not a traditional EA role focused purely on diary management and basic administration. The right person will become closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business, learn how everything works, take ownership of operational responsibilities and, over time, develop into an Operations Manager. The immediate objective is to take a significant amount of operational work away from the founder so they can spend more time on clients, business development and strategic growth. Over the first 4–6 months, you will work closely with the founder to understand the business, take over recurring responsibilities, document processes and identify areas where the business can operate more efficiently. As your knowledge and responsibility increases, the role will develop towards managing processes, people and day-to-day operations. • Manage the founder's inbox and day-to-day correspondence, • Handle routine client communications and follow-ups, • Manage calendars, meetings and appointments, • Prepare information and documentation ahead of meetings, • Keep track of outstanding actions and make sure nothing falls through the cracks, • Follow up with clients, suppliers and team members as required, • Take ownership of recurring administrative responsibilities, • Keep business administration organised and up to date, • Monitor outstanding tasks, deadlines and commitments, • Ensure documents are prepared, sent and filed correctly, • Maintain internal records and systems, • Coordinate information between the founder, clients and contractors, • Identify administrative bottlenecks and deal with them before they become problems, • Establish and maintain simple, effective processes As you become familiar with the business, you will gradually take on greater operational responsibility, including: • Documenting existing processes and creating SOPs, • Reviewing how work is currently being completed and identifying improvements, • Managing recurring operational tasks without founder involvement, • Coordinating contractors and team members, • Monitoring deadlines and deliverables, • Helping manage workloads and priorities, • Maintaining accountability across the team, • Identifying issues and bringing solutions rather than simply reporting problems, • Taking responsibility for keeping the business running smoothly day to day The long-term intention is for this position to develop into an Operations Manager role. The successful candidate will gradually move from completing tasks personally to managing the systems and people responsible for completing them. This may include: • Managing day-to-day operations, • Overseeing contractors and team members, • Implementing and improving SOPs, • Managing workflows and internal systems, • Monitoring performance and deadlines, • Supporting recruitment and onboarding, • Identifying operational inefficiencies, • Taking responsibility for projects from start to finish, • Becoming the main operational point of contact for the founder We are looking for an experienced EA or senior administrative professional who wants more responsibility than a traditional assistant position provides. You should have: • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, Operations Assistant or similar, • Experience supporting a business owner, executive or senior leader, • Excellent written and spoken English, • Strong organisational and time-management skills, • Excellent attention to detail, • Confidence managing multiple priorities, • Strong communication skills, • Good judgement and discretion, • Experience working with a range of online business systems, • The ability to learn a business quickly and understand how its different parts fit together Experience with operations, project management, process improvement or team coordination would be highly desirable. This role will suit someone who naturally takes ownership. We are not looking for someone who waits for a list of instructions each morning. You should be comfortable looking at what needs to be done, prioritising it and getting on with it. The ideal candidate will: • Be proactive rather than reactive, • Spot problems before they reach the founder, • Follow things through to completion, • Be comfortable chasing people when necessary, • Take responsibility rather than passing problems upwards, • Ask questions when needed, but also be capable of finding answers independently, • Be commercially aware and interested in how a business operates, • Be comfortable with change and increasing responsibility, • Have the confidence to make sensible recommendations, • Take pride in keeping things organised and under control A key test of suitability will be whether you can genuinely take work off the founder's plate, rather than creating another layer of management for them. Initially, you will spend significant time working alongside the founder and learning the business. The expectation is that you will progressively: Learn → Take Ownership → Improve → Manage You will first understand how the business works, then take over recurring responsibilities, document and improve the processes, and eventually begin managing those processes and the people involved in them. The aim is for the founder to become increasingly removed from day-to-day administration and operations as your responsibility grows. $1,800 - $2,300 a monthGCC-based marketing business | Gulf Standard Time working hours | Full-time (40 hours per week) Why Join Assist World? 100% REMOTE $50 birthday bonus $200 testimonial bonus NO TRACKER.
