We are working alongside our client in a semi-secure unit, in the search for a Chef. The role is in the main kitchen working within the team. Working an average of 37.50 hours per week on a 7 week rota, working just 2 weekends in that period. There are no late shifts, so the lastest finish is 6 pm. Shifts vary slightly but are usually 7.30am-6pm This role is available on a temporary basis, but could roll into a permanent placement at the end of a successful security process and probationary period. The site is accessible on public transport, however own transport is desired. Main responsibilities of the position are: * Catering in part of a team for up to 1200 people * Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to * Assisting with clear down and clean up after service * Monitoring equipment checks * Supervising a small team In return, you can expect a basic pay rate of £11.50ph Monday to Friday, £15.60ph Saturdays and £18.75ph Sundays. You'll also accrue holiday pay on top of these rates, be paid weekly and have the option of joining a company pension scheme.
