The Programme Manager is responsible for leading three Engagement and Patient Involvement Team Members, each managing two boroughs, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all areas. For the remainder of the project, the team will plan and deliver three borough-specific conferences in Sutton, Merton, and Richmond. These events will raise awareness of cancer treatment and support issues affecting BME communities, amplify patient and community voices, and drive actionable change to improve access, experience, and outcomes for people affected by cancer.
