Purchase Ledger Glasgow North (5 minutes from City Centre) Salary up to £28k Temp to Perm Free Parking Monday to Friday Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Purchase Ledger on a temporary to permanent basis. The Purchase Ledger Controller, will be primarily responsible for processing company invoices, reconciling supplier statements, daily banking functions and assisting with payroll. Key Responsibilities: • Process supplier invoices, accurately matching, checking and coding., • Ensure all invoices are authorised in accordance with company policies and procedures., • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies., • Respond to supplier queries and resolve any issues., • Maintain accurate records of all transactions., • Liaise with colleagues in different departments to ensure that invoices are prioritised and processed accordingly, • Carry out month-end and year-end reconciliations., • Daily banking functions including bank reconciliations., • Assist with monthly payroll., • Assist with the preparation of financial reports as required. Interviews will be held next week.
