Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about Japanese food and culture, has prior restaurant serving experience, and enjoys delivering exceptional dining experiences. This job is for 2 shifts, from 1pm to 9pm and 3pm to 11pm. Guests will start arriving at 4pm and we will serve drinks until 10pm, after which we will need help wrapping up and loading out. Food will be set up in a buffet style and guests will get their own plates. The job entails - helping set up before the guests arrive, picking up and helping to wash dirty plates and glasses, making sure water and napking are restocked, clearing and moving the tables when the dinner portion is over and guests are ready for the dance party and cake. One person will need to occasionally help the bartender, also will need one person to be the doorman.
