Waiter / Waitress - Kaff Kafe

We have a nice and lovely 35 years Middle East restaurant and we are looking to hire 2 waiters full time and mix hours

responsibilities include: • Answering phones, taking reservations, and managing takeout orders, • Greeting and seating guests efficiently while keeping future reservations in mind, • Maximizing table turnover and supporting smooth service flow, • Monitoring guest satisfaction and ensuring tables are properly stocked, • Assisting the floor team with orders, clearing, and food running as needed, • Coordinating birthday celebrations (music, sparklers, table setup), • Ensuring checks are delivered and processed promptly Must be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and familiar with POS systems and menu items.

Server with experience( Japanese cuisine is better) willing to train if necessary for fine dining, at least 3 years of experience and love the hospitality industry

Maintain a professional and well-kept appearance. Must be able to remain on your feet for 5-8 hour durations and perform moderately heavy lifting of trays. Must be able to communicate well in English. We are looking for servers with a strong work ethic, previous customer service experience, excellent time management skills and the knowledge of basic food safety. You must be able to work cooperatively and independently in high pressure situations. Job duties include greeting customers, tending tables, cleaning tables, assisting kitchen staff with plating and or prepping food when necessary, making drinks, handling hookah and cleaning facilities.
