This person is responsible for creating and executing seasonal, market-driven event menus, overseeing all purchasing for events, production and prep scheduling of all BOH catering staff and maintaining all NYC Health Department Standards. This person is responsible for all aspects of event preparation and execution; this is a self-sufficient role working with a small team.
