Job Description HIRING NOW – School Coach Interventionist (Math and/or ELA) –Laredo, TX Location: Laredo, TX Position : Full Time (Hourly Paid) About the Role UpReach Learning is looking for a dedicated K–12 School Tutor/Interventionist to support students in Math and/or English Language Arts during regular school hours at public K-12 schools. Key Responsibilities • Deliver small-group and one-on-one academic tutoring in Math and/or ELA (School Time), • Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment, • Support students in mastering grade-level standards and closing skill gaps, • Track and document student progress, • Provide feedback and collaborate with teachers and campus administrators Qualifications • Knowledge of Math and/or ELA concepts for tutoring., • Communication skills., • Passion for working with public schools., • Bachelor’s degree (required), • Prior tutoring/teaching experience preferred (not required) Schedule & Compensation • Full-Time, Monday–Friday (School Hours), • Approximately 40 hours per week, • $25 per hour, • Campus schedule, assignment, and final hours will be confirmed during the interview Compensation and Schedule will be discussed during the interview process. 5 days each week full time.
