Encore Management Group is a private equity firm that invests in and scales services businesses. We specialize in the consolidation and optimization of large, fragmented, and high-growth industries. With a proven playbook for acquiring, integrating, and operating, Encore generates industry-leading efficiencies that accelerate growth. We are currently recruiting a Vice President of Accounting for one of our newly launched platform companies, SureTruck Fleet Services. About SureTruck Fleet Services: SureTruck Fleet Services is building a differentiated network of high-quality commercial truck repair shops and mobile service providers focused on delivering reliable inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair services for small and mid-sized commercial fleets. The commercial truck repair market is large, fragmented, and increasingly professionalizing as fleets demand higher uptime, regulatory compliance, and dependable service partners. At the same time, many independent repair shop owners have built strong businesses but lack the infrastructure, capital, and systems required to scale across multiple locations. SureTruck partners with leading independent repair operators and integrates them into a performance-driven operating platform designed to elevate shop performance and deliver consistent, high-quality services to fleet customers. The platform provides operational best practices and performance metrics, centralized parts procurement and vendor relationships, technology and shop management systems, and technician recruiting, training, and development support. Our model is designed to help great independent repair shops grow and scale while preserving their local leadership, culture, and customer relationships. By combining strong operators with disciplined acquisitions, operational rigor, and shared infrastructure, SureTruck is building a national platform that helps fleets maximize uptime while giving shop owners the tools and resources to expand their businesses.
