This role involves taking ownership of medium-complexity projects, collaborating with team members, and implementing efficient solutions. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Visual Studio (.NET) and MS SQL Server., • Analyze requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications., • Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices., • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality., • Participate in the deployment and integration of new systems., • Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and providing technical guidance., • Document detailed designs, processes, and procedures., • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field., • 3+ years of experience with Visual Studio for VB.NET and C#.NET; VBA experience is a plus., • Proficiency in MS SQL Server, including DML/DDL, stored procedures, functions, and views., • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and debugging tools is desirable, • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., • Strong collaboration and communication abilities., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines., • Competitive compensation, • Health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days, • 401k retirement plan after 6 months of service, • Paid holidays and generous time off, • Firm provided life and disability insurance, • Employee Assistance Program to help navigate life’s challenges (EAP)
