You’ll ensure compliance with investor guidelines, prepare accurate reports, reconcile accounts, and support remittance processes, while assisting with other accounting functions as needed. Benefits We Offer * Generous and competitive healthcare packages * Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability * Employer-paid life insurance * 100% employer-paid vision coverage * 401(k) with match * 20 days PTO — no waiting period * Fun, collaborative, team-focused environment Responsibilities * Manage accounting and reporting for GSEs, credit unions, and other investors, ensuring compliance with all investor guidelines * Submit daily remittances and process reporting edits accurately and on time * Calculate and post daily servicing income * Perform MOD audits for GSE and credit union portfolios * Reconcile GSE and investor accounts monthly, researching and resolving discrepancies * Process loan transfers and audits for GSE and credit union portfolios * Manage subservicing origination billings, process invoices, and handle repurchase transactions * Reconcile servicing accounts and process loan inactivations monthly * Resolve investor-related issues promptly and professionally * Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for audits and compliance reviews * Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities * Support other accounting areas as needed * Perform additional duties as assigned Experience 1–3 years of experience in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, or accounting is required. Experience with GSEs (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae) or private investors is strongly preferred. Education Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Additional relevant certifications or training are a plus. Required Skills * Strong knowledge of investor reporting requirements and GSE guidelines * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and formulas * Experience working with large data sets * Strong understanding of loan-level reporting, remittance processes, and reconciliation * Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational ability * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines * Adaptable, proactive, and motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods, work at a computer, and handle light office tasks.
