DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage single site location, implore company standards, and core values, • Ensure all filing and organizational systems for the practice are maintained and efficient, • Patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing and training a process improvement to prevent recurrences., • Regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations., • Monitor and evaluate staff performance (reviews, rewards, recognition, and discipline), • Maintain and evaluate accuracy and follow through patient entry, reception, scheduling, paper flow, medical records, chart preparation, etc., • Supports/assists team with additional tasks as needed.
