Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Branch Manager/Project Manager’s duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties of the Branch Manager/Project Manager include the following.Dispatches technicians to job sites.Reviews daily and weekly timesheets of technicians.Reviews technicians’ reports for accuracy.Oversees the performance of laboratory testing (i.e., concrete strength tests, particle size analyses, etc.).Prepares cost estimates for all project types (lab, CMT, engineering, etc.).Attends project meetings.Participates in local and national professional societies (ASCE, ACI, ACEC, etc.).Is the client contact and provides ongoing coordination for extended projects.Attends meetings as Eustis Engineering’s representative.Participates in business development and client development events to further expand clientele.
