Job DescriptionLead Mechanical Specialist – Advanced Manufacturing Davenport, IA (Onsite) Full-Time | Primarily Day Shift (with off-shift support as needed) $75K – $88K Base + Relocation Available Be the Expert Others Rely On When Production Matters Most Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a world-class, highly advanced manufacturing operation to identify a Lead Mechanical Specialist who thrives in high-impact, fast-paced environments. This is not a typical technician role. This is a plant-critical leadership position where you'll serve as the go-to expert for mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and operational performance—guiding teams and solving complex problems that directly impact production. If you're the person others call when equipment goes down or systems aren't performing, this role was built for you.
