This is not a typical technician role. This is a plant-critical leadership position where you'll serve as the go-to expert for mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and operational performance—guiding teams and solving complex problems that directly impact production. If you're the person others call when equipment goes down or systems aren't performing, this role was built for you.
