Job Description IT Support Specialist Re-Bath of New England | Johnston, RI (Field travel across RI, MA, CT) Every device. Every app. Every connection, across three states. If you're the person who fixes it before anyone even finishes explaining what's wrong, we want to talk to you. About Re-Bath of New England Re-Bath of New England is one of the largest bathroom remodeling companies in New England, transforming homes across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. We run lean and we run on EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), which means real accountability, real metrics, and zero patience for busywork. We believe great design and real craftsmanship can change more than a bathroom. It can change lives, and that belief runs through everything we build, including our tech stack. About the Role As our first dedicated IT Support Specialist, you'll be the single point of contact for every device, connection, and cloud application our team touches, all-Apple, all-cloud, zero servers, zero legacy baggage to drag around. Twelve months in, every employee across our three-state footprint will have fast, reliable tech support; our Mac and iOS fleet will be fully managed through Jamf; and leadership will be pulling clean, self-serve reports out of Salesforce and our other systems instead of waiting on someone to build them. You'll be a true jack-of-all-trades: equally comfortable troubleshooting a WiFi dropout, configuring a new hire's MacBook, and building a Salesforce report a director actually wants. What You'll Do • Own first- and second-line troubleshooting for every Mac desktop, iPad, and iPhone in the company, minimizing downtime for field and office staff alike, • Administer our Apple fleet through Jamf: enrollment, configuration profiles, security compliance, and patching, • Diagnose and resolve network and WiFi issues across all office locations, working with ISPs and vendors as needed, • Serve as the internal administrator for our core cloud applications, including Salesforce, RingCentral, Microsoft 365/Teams, and Google Workspace: user provisioning, permissions, and configuration, • Maintain and update our sales tools, including but not limited to Leap SalesPro, One Click Contractor, and Ingage, • Perform data entry as needed to keep systems accurate and current, • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other business systems so department leaders can see their numbers without waiting on IT, • Support ad hoc data mining requests from leadership, pulling and organizing data to answer specific business questions, • Document recurring issues and build simple internal how-to guides so common problems get solved faster the next time, • Take on additional technology responsibilities wherever they surface across the organization, so no department is left waiting on support What We're Looking For Required • 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting macOS and iOS/iPadOS devices in a business environment, • Experience administering a mobile device management (MDM) platform; Jamf experience strongly preferred, • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: WiFi troubleshooting, routers, and basic connectivity diagnosis, • Experience administering at least one major cloud business application (Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar), • Comfortable building reports or dashboards inside a CRM or business system, • Willingness and ability to learn and maintain sales-enablement software (such as Leap SalesPro, One Click Contractor, or Ingage), • Strong communication skills, with the patience to support non-technical staff without making them feel small Preferred • Jamf certification (100, 200, or 300 level), • Experience administering a VoIP or unified communications platform such as RingCentral, • Experience supporting a multi-location or multi-state small business, • Basic data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, or similar), • Experience in home services, construction, or franchise environments Compensation $58,000 to $65,000 base salary, based on experience. This is a single-contributor seat with real ownership, real autonomy, and a direct line to leadership. No red tape, no ticket queue purgatory. Just you, solving real problems.
