Qualifications & Requirements, • High school diploma or equivalent., • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electromechanical systems maintenance and repair., • Demonstrated proficiency in electromechanical troubleshooting techniques., • Strong foundational knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles., • Ability to accurately read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams., • Experience with preventive maintenance protocols and best practices., • Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment., • Solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Preferred Qualifications, • Associate degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Automation, or a closely related field., • Experience with PLC programming logic and basic ladder diagram interpretation., • Familiarity with robotics maintenance and operation., • Previous experience with equipment calibration in a manufacturing or engineering environment., • OSHA Safety Certification.
