Job Description Automotive F&I Manager Manhattan Motorcars is currently seeking an experienced F&I Manager responsible for assisting customers with securing approvals and completing documentation while maintaining compliance and a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize overall profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Implement a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department’s overall profitability and product penetration * Process all paperwork efficiently and completely * Secure all bank approvals and funding * Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines * Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals * Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service * Work closely with sales team regarding proper and successful selling methods Qualifications * Prior luxury automotive F&I experience required • Prior luxury automotive Sales Management experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills * Detail oriented and compliance focused * Team player with accountability * Effective menu-selling skills Benefits * $150,000-$250,000 total compensation, including base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience. * Medical, Vision, Dental * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Group Life Insurance * Paid Vacation Manhattan Motorcars maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunity for all qualified employees.
