We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Junior Sales Executive for Enterprise Accounts to join our team and grow into a national accounts powerhouse. As a Jr Sales Executive, Enterprise Accounts, you’ll play a key supporting role in the growth of our national account portfolio. You’ll work alongside senior sales leadership to develop your consultative selling skills, gain experience navigating enterprise sales environments, and build lasting relationships with multi-site and regional clients. Primary Responsibilities • Identify and initially develop enterprise-level sales opportunities across key national and strategic accounts., • Direct outreach to selected prospective clients within assigned vertical (s) to set appointments for senior NA / Enterprise Sales Representatives, • In depth research on assigned vertical(s) and prospect list to gain greater insights, • Create and manage long-term relationships with decision-makers at multiple levels, including C-suite, security leadership, operations, and procurement teams., • Play critical role in account planning efforts, including penetration strategies, sales forecasting, and pipeline development in collaboration with internal teams., • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, ongoing value delivery, and identification of expansion opportunities., • Assist in the development of customized proposals, scopes of work, and pricing strategies that align with client objectives and EyeQ’s solution offerings., • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high client retention., • Represent EyeQ Monitoring at industry trade shows, national conferences, association meetings, and client events., • Maintain accurate records of account activity, contract status, and forecasting in the CRM system., • Provide ongoing market and competitive intelligence to the leadership team to inform strategy., • 2+ years of experience in meeting setting and cold calling to enterprise or strategic B2B clients—preferably to organizational leadership., • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills., • Some experience managing RFP development, negotiations, and objection handling., • Highly skilled at building long-term strategic relationships and navigating matrixed organizations., • Strong analytical and business planning skills., • Must be self-directed, results-oriented, and thrive in a performance-driven environment., • Able to travel frequently (20%+), including by air, and attend client sites nationwide., • Must possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and pass standard background and drug screening., • Prior sales experience in technology, surveillance, fire alarm, private equity and/or I.T., • Familiarity with physical security risk management, remote video monitoring, and analytics-based solutions., • Active involvement in national associations (e.g., ASIS, BOMA, ICSC, or NAIOP)., • Experience working with national accounts in verticals such as logistics, retail, cannabis, automotive, utilities, or critical infrastructure.
