Job DescriptionVehicle Title Processor – Full Time (On‑Site) Location: On-site | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM About the Role We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Vehicle Title Processor with experience handling multi‑state titles, resolving title issues, and providing outstanding customer support. Key Responsibilities • Manage incoming title issues via email, text, and phone, ensuring timely and thorough responses., • Own title‑related cases from initial inquiry through resolution, escalating when needed., • Process and verify vehicle titles from various states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and marketability., • Receive and manage incoming packages from UPS, FedEx, and USPS., • Review and distribute titles to the appropriate departments., • Prepare and create documents required for title marketability., • Sort titles by VIN and send to the correct buying dealer., • Upload title documentation after verification for accuracy., • Work with agencies, customers, and lienholders to resolve title discrepancies and follow up promptly.Required Qualifications, • 1+ years of experience in vehicle title processing or a closely related automotive administrative role., • Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve title issues., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Experience interacting with customers, buyers, dealerships, or agencies in an automotive setting., • Experience sending titles to buying dealers and resolving escalated title concerns.Why You’ll Love Working Here, • Supportive, team-focused environment, • Opportunities to grow your knowledge in automotive titling, compliance, and dealership operations This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
