Hospital Indemnity & Critical Illness Plans, • 401k with employer match, • Employee Assistance Plan, • Employee Discounts & Referral Program, • Paid time off and paid holidays, • Perform advanced diagnostics, drivability assessments, and complex repairs following OEM standards, • Handle major engines, transmission, electrical. and hybrid/EV repairs (if certified), • Solve difficult or unusual diagnostic cases assigned by shop foreman/service director, • Complete warranty, customer-pay, and recall work with precision and efficiency, • Utilize factory scan tools, software updates, and OEM troubleshooting requirements, • Document all repairs clearly, following dealership and manufacturer requirements, • Mentor entry-level and mid-level technicians, • Maintain an organized, safe, and professional work area Qualifications * • ASE Master Level Certifications are a plus, • Dealership or high-level shop experience, • Expertise in advanced electrical, hybrid, and emerging vehicle technologies, • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, • Valid driver’s license with a clean record, • Must be able to pass a background check, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, • Professional attitude and commitment to continuous learning Apply Today!
