Assist with property maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and general mechanical upkeep to ensure a safe and functional environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R systems, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), boilers, and plumbing.
