Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making drink recommendations, keeping the bar area clean and inviting, and creating a variety of traditional and creative cocktails. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and is passionate about mixology. Responsibilities • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including craft cocktails and specialty drinks., • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant and bar area., • Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages, • Manage cash, card, and member charge back transactions accurately and efficiently., • Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients, • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards., • Provide assistance to other staff members as needed, including helping with food service and events., • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu and ingredients to answer customer questions and make recommendations., • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our drink menu and ingredients to ensure consistency and quality., • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management., • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Qualifications, • High school diploma/GED, • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending in a country club environment is preferred., • Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required, • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items, • Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages, • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent customer service and time management skills, • Ability to work well in a team environment, • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences., • Experience with point-of-sale systems., • Strong knowledge of food industry regulations and practices., • TIPS Certification
