Job DescriptionSalary: Role and Core Responsibilities Manage and grow the business relationships with key advertising clients and agencies to maximize revenue for the TV channel(s) or network. • Sales Strategy: Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market. Meet or exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts by driving sales strategies and action plans., • Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Identify growth opportunities within key accounts by upselling and cross-selling in all CAC Region., • Client Management & Customer Relations: Stablish, develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their advertising needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the provided lineup., • Market Analysis: Keep up to date with industry trends, monitor competition, and provide feedback to the management team regarding market demands and product offerings. Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage, new opportunities, and customer preferences. Keep up to date with political, economic, and social trends that affect the market., • Market Expansion: Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability., • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling advertising packages and ensure that client campaigns are executed effectively., • Reporting: Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Technical and Functional Skills • Strong understanding of TV technology, ecosystems and competitive landscape., • Understand margin structures, supply chain and inventory management., • Sellout oriented, demand and promotional planning. Business & Analytical Skills • Market research and competitive analysis., • Road mapping & strategic planning. Soft Skills • Leadership and crossfunctional influence, self-driven, proactive., • Clear communication and technical storytelling., • Problemsolving, negotiation, and prioritization. Preferred Skills • Ability to conduct meetings and presentations in English., • MS Office suite experience a plus, • Power BI, • Supply Chain Management, • International Business Additional Notes • Fully bilingual, English and Spanish (conversation and excellent writing skills), Chinese is a plus, • Work shift Monday to Friday Business hours, • Location Costa del Este, Panam, • Available for traveling across the region, • Please apply with English CV
