We’re seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to join the team at our flagship retail location—Restaurant Equipment Market (REM, ) in Doraville, GA. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a dynamic retail environment, and is fluent in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean (strongly preferred). Key Responsibilities • Assist customers in the retail store with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases., • Deliver a high-touch customer experience and cultivate long-term client relationships., • Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment., • Maintain showroom appearance and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized., • Manage order intake and processing, including special orders, freight quotes, and custom furniture sales., • Learn to read floor plans, support restaurant project planning, and grow into a trusted restaurant consultant. Required: • High school diploma or equivalent, • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative, • Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean, • Customer service or retail sales experience, preferably in B2B or foodservice, • Competitive compensation package with a base salary plus uncapped monthly commission, • Paid time off: 1 week PTO in your first year, with more accrual over time, • Flexible scheduling: Monday–Saturday rotation, closed on Sundays, • On-the-job training to build industry knowledge and retail expertise, • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, • Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing, values-driven company
