Our commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence in service makes us a trusted partner in advanced manufacturing. \n Position Summary: The CNC Mechanic / Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery, manual equipment, and support systems within the manufacturing facility. This position ensures optimal equipment performance to minimize downtime and support production schedules. \n Key Responsibilities: \n\n • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other production equipment\n, • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues\n, • Diagnose CNC control system issues (Fanuc, Siemens, or other OEM controls)\n, • Perform precision alignments, rebuilds, and adjustments of mechanical assemblies\n, • Read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, schematics, and blueprints\n, • Maintain and update maintenance logs, records, and PM schedules\n, • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and safe manner\n, • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve recurring equipment issues\n, • Follow all company safety standards and OSHA regulations\n, • Assist with installation and setup of new equipment as needed\n, • High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance or machining preferred\n, • 3+ years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting\n, • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing CNC equipment (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, or similar)\n, • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems\n, • Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics\n, • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment\n, • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills\n, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n, • Experience in foundry or heavy industrial manufacturing environment\n, • Welding and fabrication experience a plus\n, • Basic PLC troubleshooting skills\n, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs\n, • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing\n
