Job Description We are recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator to support the Nursery School department for our nonprofit client. This position involves a wide range of operational, administrative, and communication tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the school. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact which includes greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely and professional follow-up., • Support the Director of the Nursery School with all aspects of the admissions process, including participation in info sessions, school tours, and related tasks., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records for all students and families, including confidential medical, financial, billing, and educational information., • Manage classroom budgets by ordering supplies, tracking expenses, and reconciling invoices through the digital accounts payable system., • Serve as the primary interdepartmental contact, ensuring effective communication across the organization., • Liaison between parents and the school, drafting and proofreading communication and ensuring information flows seamlessly among students, families, faculty, and staff., • Coordinate events in partnership with school administrators, overseeing logistics and coordination from start to finish. Job Description Job Title/Position: Care Coordinator Reports To: Care Coordinator Supervisor JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Responsible for coordinating home care services for managed care patients, which includes establishing and maintaining the patient's plan of care, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with managed care customers and related referral sources, and negotiating service agreements. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsibilities 1. Coordinates home care services for managed care patients, assists with the establishment of the plan of care in coordination with the physician and insurance Case Managers, and ensures a seamless transition to home care., 2. Collaborates with inpatient utilization review departments and managed care Case Managers to facilitate safe, early inpatient discharge., 3. Job Description The Legal Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the firm’s billing process, including preparation, review, and submission of client invoices. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff. Responsibilities: • Generate and distribute monthly prebills to attorneys for review., • Prepare, edit, and finalize client invoices in accordance with client-specific billing guidelines., • Apply special billing rates, retainers, and discounts accurately., • Process write-offs, adjustments, and other billing-related corrections., • Submit invoices through multiple electronic billing (e-billing) platforms, including preparation of LEDES files., • Monitor and follow up on invoice approvals and address rejections or discrepancies promptly., • Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and accounting personnel to resolve billing issues., • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
