Job Summary Under the direction of Administration, the House Supervisor functions as an extension of Administration and Department leaders, providing administrative direction and leadership in emergency and unforeseen situations to ensure appropriate, timely response and resolution in the absence of administrative/ management presence. Under the direction of Administration, the House Supervisor is responsible for providing and managing the structure; human and material resources that are necessary for effective patient care and/or healthcare delivery for a given unit(s)/dept.(s)/and the entire facility. Position Description Summary The T5 Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule, and operational interfaces of design and construction activities for the Terminal 5 Renovation and Reconstruction Project. The role focuses on schedule certainty, budget delivery, and ensuring construction work meets required quality standards while enforcing a strong health, safety, and environmental culture. The Project Manager ensures the development and implementation of design, construction, testing, commissioning, turnover plans, operational impact mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to LAWA standards. The T5 Sr. Project Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with the T5 Interface Manager to ensure that all project elementsincluding the concourse, headhouse, and site/civil workare aligned, communicated, and executed efficiently.
