This position also requires extensive knowledge of project management; architecture and engineering concepts, principles, and practices; and the ability to read, analyze and interpret construction documents, prepare construction schedules, prepare construction cost estimates, and write clear scopes of work and specifications. This position leads business process re-engineering efforts, develops business cases for change, manages system enhancements and pilot programs, and ensures effective communication and change management across stakeholders.
