Job Description Job Purpose: This individual will be based in our Tampa office and will work on-site. They will be responsible for leading our content strategy, managing social media, and creating compelling visual content, specifically photography and video, that enhances brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled visual storyteller, strategist, and project manager with a deep understanding of luxury branding and B2B marketing. Benefits Package: • Air Culinaire Worldwide employees have the flexibility to design the benefit selections best suited for their needs., • Full Time employees are eligible for healthcare and supplemental benefits on the first day of the month, following 30 days of employment., • 401 (K) Retirement Plan with a discretionary 100% employer match of the first 6% of participant contributions., • Plan entry is the first day of the month following 30 days of employment., • Three (3) medical plans to choose from, with an excellent employer contribution., • Available Dental and Vision insurance, • Company paid basic life insurance, with the option to elect additional voluntary term life., • Company paid short-term and long-term disability insurance., • Available supplemental benefits, including critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance and pet insurance., • Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account available (for eligible plans), • Generous Vacation Program for full time employees, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • See our benefits here 2025 Benefits Guide, • Content Development & Management, • Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns, product launches, executive chef features, and aviation events., • Capture and produce high-quality photography and short-form video content for use across web, social media, presentations, and promotional materials., • Plan and execute shoots that align with brand storytelling, product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and event content., • Manage pre-production planning, on-site direction, and post-production editing (or agency coordination)., • Organize and maintain a visual asset library to ensure content is searchable, accessible, and brand-aligned., • Own execution and content for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), including copywriting, design coordination, and scheduling., • Monitor social trends and pilot emerging platforms to test engagement potential and brand fit., • Analyze and report on social media metrics, offering recommendations for engagement and reach improvements., • Maintain and update the company website and blog using WordPress or BigCommerce CMS., • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on SEO strategy, content optimization, and site enhancements., • Develop and refresh sales tools such as brochures, presentations, flyers, car wraps, signage, and kitchen-specific assets., • Coordinate with regional kitchens to understand their promotional needs and develop localized marketing materials., • Manage pre-, during-, and post-event marketing efforts for trade shows & conferences., • Coordinate logistics, signage, branded materials, and promotional assets to ensure a premium brand presence., • Represent the brand on-site, supporting setup, engaging with attendees, capturing visual content, and sharing real-time updates on social media., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategy with sales and marketing goals., • Work with the Marketing Director and Sales Vice President to align content initiatives with strategic business goals., • Collaborate with parent company marketing and comms teams to align messaging and ensure regulatory compliance., • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Photography, Media Production, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience., • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content marketing, photography, video production, or visual storytelling., • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent design/video software., • Strong portfolio showcasing original photography and video content., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple timelines.
