Spectra Tech, Inc. is hiring for a Fleet & Logistics Supervisor in Coconut Creek, FL. The Fleet & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily fleet operations, coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring efficient transportation and distribution of goods. This role manages drivers, vehicles, warehouses, and routing to ensure timely deliveries, cost control, and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in transportation or supply chain operations. • Supervise and coordinate daily fleet operations, including:, • Vehicle scheduling, • Dispatching, • Routing, • Monitor driver performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards, • Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are safe and operational, • Optimize routes and logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, • Maintain accurate records of:, • Fleet activity, • Fuel usage, • Inspections, • Compliance documentation, • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations, • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations, • Handle incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions, • Manage vendor relationships for:, • Repairs, • Fuel, • Third-party logistics services, • Analyze logistics data and prepare performance reports for management, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Associate or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred, • 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation supervision, • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet safety standards, • Experience with fleet management or logistics software systems, • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, • Experience with route optimization and cost control, • Mechanical knowledge of commercial vehicles, • Class A CDL, • Data analysis and reporting skills Experience managing budgets and KPIs At Spectra Tech, Inc., our recruitment team is powered by real people in real time-personally reviewing every application with care and integrity.
