Job Description • Manage a high-volume pre-suit personal injury caseload (approximately 120 active files), • Drive cases from intake through settlement with minimal oversight, • Maintain consistent client communication and expectations, • Request, review, and organize medical records and bills, • Prepare and submit demand packages, • Track treatment, liability, damages, and settlement negotiations, • Coordinate closely with attorneys to move files efficiently toward resolution, • Proven experience as a personal injury pre-suit paralegal, • Demonstrated ability to manage 100+ active PI files at one time, • Must have contributed to or supported $3 million or more in gross settlements within the past 12 months, • Strong understanding of the full pre-suit lifecycle of PI cases, • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a high-expectation environment, • You are trusted to run your cases, not micromanaged, • High performers are financially rewarded, • Clear metrics and expectations — no guessing, • Collaborative team that values efficiency and accountability
