Position Overview We're seeking a Rental Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative to join our Henderson, NV branch. This hybrid role involves equipment rental coordination, inside sales support, and customer service. You will serve as a key contact for walk-in and phone-in customers, handling rental orders, quoting equipment, fulfilling contracts, and contributing to branch growth. This customer-facing hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the equipment rental industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with equipment rental, inside sales, or construction industry experience. Location: 12326 Cutten Rd., Houston, TX 77066 Pay: Starting at $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Quarterly bonus earning potential. Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Key Responsibilities on an Inside Sales Rental Coordinator • Assist customers in selecting appropriate rental equipment, prepare rental agreements, and process sales orders, • Provide product demonstrations and explain equipment features and benefits, • Load and unload equipment, operating a forklift when necessary, • Dispatch deliveries and communicate timelines clearly to customers, • Handle high-volume rental transactions and maintain accurate documentation, • Track equipment availability and coordinate with the service team on maintenance and readiness, • Maintain a clean, organized showroom and rental yard, • Generate leads and refer opportunities to the Outside Sales team, • Make at least 10 inside sales calls daily, including outreach to inactive or declining accounts, • Maintain up-to-date rental contracts, inventory logs, and weekly closeout reports, • Participate in after-hours/emergency dispatch rotations to support urgent rental needs, • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus, • Prior experience in equipment rental, pump systems, or construction equipment sales preferred, • Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills, • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, • Proficient in rental contracts, dispatching logistics, and CRM/order systems, • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL and DOT Medical Card are a plus, • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days), • Competitive pay + potential commission opportunities, • Full-time, stable career with long-term growth potential, • Comprehensive benefits package including:, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (after 30 days), • 401(k) plan with company match, • Paid holidays and PTO, • Company-paid life and disability insurance, • On-the-job training and career development Ready to take the next step in your inside sales or rental equipment career?
