We're hiring our first Partnerships Lead to build and own SuperDial's end-to-end partnership ecosystem. You'll identify, close, and scale partnerships that accelerate distribution, create strategic leverage, and deepen our product footprint across healthcare operations. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales/CEO. You'll focus on PE firms, EHR vendors, healthcare technology platforms, MSO/DSO operators, consulting firms, and integration/middleware partners. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring strategic thinking and hands-on execution. • Build the holistic partnerships roadmap across:, • Private equity firms owning MSOs/DSOs and provider groups, • EHR vendors (Epic, eCW, Athena, NextGen, etc), • Healthcare tech platforms (clearinghouses, middleware, workflow tools), • Consulting and advisory firms (RCM services, revops consultancies, digital transformation groups), • Channel/referral partners, • Systems integrators and implementation partners, • Prioritize partnership tiers, ROI, and integration depth., • Define joint value propositions tailored to each partner type., • Source, pitch, negotiate, and close new partnerships., • Build co-sell and referral motions to accelerate revenue., • Manage pipelines across all partner categories., • Work tightly with Product & Engineering on integrations, API workflows, and partner-specific technical requirements., • Collaborate with Sales on co-selling frameworks, partner enablement, and attribution., • Partner with Marketing on co-branded materials, case studies, and event strategy., • Work with Legal on contracting, data rights, training data usage, and commercial terms., • Create dashboards for partner revenue, forecast impact, and performance tracking., • Build scalable onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)., • Ensure partners are fully enabled to sell, integrate, and expand with us., • 5+ years in partnerships, BD, alliances, or strategic GTM roles., • Deep experience in at least one of these domains: healthcare RCM, EHR integrations, MSO/DSO ecosystems, consulting/PE advisory, or healthcare SaaS., • Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex multi-party partnerships., • Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, and integration requirements., • Executive presence and strong relationship skills, especially with PE partners and C-suite operators., • Bias for action, willingness to build from scratch, and comfort operating in ambiguity., • Prior work with PE value-creation teams., • Existing relationships with EHRs, clearinghouses, or consulting groups., • Experience at a Series A/B startup or in agentic AI., • Be part of a mission-driven team transforming one of the most broken systems in the U.S., • Work directly with experienced founders and senior operators in AI, healthcare, and automation. The base salary for this role ranges from $150,000-$175,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package.
