The Opportunity We’re hiring a Founding GTM Lead to architect and execute Asendia AI’s go-to-market strategy from the ground up. You’ll bridge sales, marketing, and partnerships, defining how we scale from strong founder-led traction to a predictable growth engine. You’ll work directly with the CEO to drive ARR growth, refine messaging, and win enterprise accounts in the staffing space. This is a founding role with massive ownership, ideal for someone who’s built and scaled SaaS GTM motions in HR or staffing tech. What You’ll Do • Own the GTM Strategy: Define ICPs, segments, and messaging that resonate with staffing executives., • Unify Sales + Marketing: Design and execute a repeatable revenue motion combining outbound, events, and digital campaigns, • Accelerate Growth: Drive a 3-week average sales cycle from first demo to signed deal., • Build Partnerships: Forge integrations and co-marketing initiatives with ATS and staffing software providers (Tracker, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, Avionté, etc.)., • Scale Demand Generation: Launch targeted campaigns, content strategies, and case studies around AI in staffing., • Create Predictable Systems: Build CRM pipelines, reporting, and GTM infrastructure that supports rapid scaling., • Collaborate with Founders: Bring customer insights back into product development and positioning. Who You Are • 6–10 years in B2B SaaS GTM, ideally within staffing tech, ATS, or HR software., • Proven experience building or scaling go-to-market strategies from early stage to growth., • Background in both sales and marketing, a true hybrid operator., • Deep understanding of staffing workflows, buyer pain points, and vendor ecosystems., • Comfortable in fast, unstructured environments.
