Responsible for monitoring, and providing support on a variety of complex federal, state, county and city regulatory licensing, compliance policies and procedures for the healthcare industry. Responsible for updating the maintenance filings to keep Medicare and Medicaid enrollments and associated permits active, and to ensure the timely submission of renewal forms and supporting documentation to regulatory agencies to guarantee revalidations. Responsibilities will also include assisting the Managed Care Department with ownership and disciplinary action review for a variety of Payers. Oversight of the maintenance of pharmacy profiles on NCPDP and NPI websites. Essential Functions In this position, you will work closely with customers, other drivers, vendor employees and other staff related to Fab Services all while performing a variety of tasks. • Drivers must check in with lead at designated parking lot site and obtain instructions for the day such as left over orders on truck, vehicle updates, route updates, daily safety topics, etc., • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of van to ensure that it is safe and in reliable operating condition., • Report maintenance issues to wafer lead or supervisor to ensure prompt repairs to equipment to maintain safe and reliable operation condition., • Check vehicle cargo area for reticles left in reticle boxes from shift change., • Immediate pick-up of orders, reticle box loading, securing of reticles and unloading of reticles into designated racks.
