Job DescriptionBrand Strategy & Activation Marketing Manager (Trade Marketing) Hybrid | Full-Time | Consumer Packaged Goods Overview A growing, privately held beverage organization is seeking a Brand Strategy & Activation Marketing Manager to help drive portfolio growth through best-in-class brand and trade marketing initiatives. This role will lead the development and execution of insight-driven programs that translate brand strategy into impactful, in-market activation across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with strong execution skills, experience in CPG or beverage sectors, and a passion for bringing brands to life through retail, experiential, and shopper marketing. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Trade Marketing Strategy • Develop and execute integrated brand and trade marketing programs across a diverse product portfolio, • Translate brand positioning into channel-ready, consumer-facing initiatives, • Support annual and seasonal marketing planning tied to key consumption occasions, • Maintain consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints, • Identify new positioning and activation opportunities to drive relevance, differentiation, and growthProgram Development & Activation, • Build scalable marketing programs across multiple channels, including:, • In-store merchandising and POS, • Shopper and digital marketing initiatives, • Experiential activations and events, • Develop core marketing assets such as brand toolkits, campaign guidelines, and sell-in materials, • Partner with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely, high-quality program executionSales & Channel Collaboration, • Partner closely with sales and distributor teams to adapt programs for:, • On-premise, • Independent retail, • Regional and national accounts, • Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, limited-time offerings, and innovation initiatives, • Provide tools and resources that support distribution growth and execution excellenceInsights & Performance, • Leverage syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) and internal reporting to identify opportunities, • Track, analyze, and report on program effectiveness, including sales impact and visibility, • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize future investmentsPlanning & Cross-Functional Execution, • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives, • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, operations, and supply chain teams, • Support innovation and new product development through launch planning and activation strategyQualifications, • Bachelor’s degree required, • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, or shopper marketing (CPG or beverage strongly preferred), • Strong understanding of on-premise and off-premise marketing environments, • Proven experience developing integrated marketing programs from concept through execution, • Experience using syndicated data to drive strategy and decision-making preferred, • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills This is a Permanent position based out of New Rochelle, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
