Role Summary: The SVP Chief Servicing Officer will lead the Servicing and Asset Management Operations of a $9.5 billion permanent loan portfolio, ensuring effective oversight and management. Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field, with relevant exposure to real estate development, property management, or underwriting., • 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate or commercial loan asset management., • Deep knowledge of credit analysis and income-producing real estate, with the ability to interpret commercial real estate loan documentation, securitization documents, pooling and servicing agreements, and related materials., • Strong analytical skills necessary to comprehend complex commercial loan agreements and evaluate borrower financial statements., • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders., • Proven personnel and project management skills, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams., • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail., • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the capability to create reports and analyze data effectively.
