Job Description SUMMARY: The Operations Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring technical software systems, resolving customer issues, and supporting software operations related to genomic technologies. Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Professional geotechnical experience beyond a Bachelor of Science degree may be substituted for a Master of Science degree.Registration status as a registered Professional Engineer in the state of work or residence.Maintenance of continuing education requirements for registration. Language Skills The Branch Manager/Project Manager must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
