Job Description As part of a design team, the Designer with our Land Development team will be responsible for the preparation of construction drawings for projects, including but not limited to site plans, grading and drainage plans, roadway alignment, plan and profiles, cross sections, earthwork calculations, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection systems, storm sewer design, intersection layouts and utilization of applicable standard details based on municipality. Duties also include preparation of project specifications and assembling permit submittals (Water Management, FDEP, City, County, and State).
